We currently have a temporary position available from January 2026 to November 2026 to cover a maternity leave position at our Fyshwick (ACT) team for an experienced Full Time Customer Service Officer.

Handle customer orders, including processing, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate product information and pricing.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and liaising with the warehouse team.

Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

Previous experience in a customer service role.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
