Unless stated otherwise prior to deliver:
(i) DPO will leave goods on site with delivery considered in full and completed, without the need for a signature for proof of delivery
(ii) Delivery to all unattended sites are the responsibility of the customer
(iii) Claims are permissible if made within 7 days of delivery or pickup
(iv) Stock items may be returned, however such returns may attract a restocking fee
(v) Products specifically ordered in for you and/or your job are non-returnable.
At DPO, we are here to help you. This is why we have a personal service where you will hear from us before each delivery. Any questions or concerns should be addressed then. We find this reduces the need to return stock. In the instance where you do need to return stock, we will work with you throughout the process. We manage our own transport so you can rest assured knowing that returning stock is easy to manage.
In relation to the supply of goods, DPO’s liability is limited to:
(i) replacing the goods or supplying similar goods
(ii) repairing the goods
(iii) providing the cost for replacing the goods or for acquiring equivalent goods; and/or
(iv) providing the cost for having the goods repaired.
In relation to the supply of services, DPO’s liability is limited to:
(i) supplying the service again; or
(ii) providing for the cost of having the services supplied again.
DPO is not liable, whether claims are made or not, for loss of profit, economic or financial loss, damages, consequential loss, loss of opportunity or benefit, loss of a right or any other indirect loss suffered by the Customer.
DPO will assist customers who wish to refund online purchases given;
(i) It is within 7 days from confirmation of delivery
(ii) The product is still in it’s original packaging
(iii) The product is faulty
(iv) Invoice is provided as proof of purchase

DPO is not liable for any loss caused to the Customer by reason of strikes, lockouts, fires, riots, war, embargoes, civil commotions, acts of God or any other activity beyond it’s control.
If any provision of our Returns policy is not enforceable in accordance with its terms, other provisions which are self-sustaining are, and continue to be, enforceable in accordance with their terms.
