Some variation in products may be evident in visual appearance for example colour due to screen limitations and photographs used on the website.
Prices advertised online are online only and not available in any DPO store.
(i) You must pay for all online purchases at the time of online checkout prior to order confirmation using one of the payment methods offered on the Website.
(ii) All prices of Products, and any delivery or other charges, shown are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST.
DPO may cancel any order (in full or part) where:
(i) you are in breach of your payment responsibilities
(ii) DPO rationally suspects that you are acquiring goods for the purposes of resale or resupply
(iii) DPO becomes aware after order confirmation that the good is out of stock
(iv) there has been a genuine pricing or product description error
(v) where the transaction is suspected of being the subject of credit card or payment-related fraud.
(i) All online orders will be delivered by a Courier.
(ii) You will be notified via email once your Products have been dispatched.
(iii) DPO are unable to accept liability for delay in delivering goods which is beyond their reasonable control.
(iv) You must ensure there is clear and safe access for delivery, please ensure all pets are restrained. Please ensure there is a person present at the delivery premises who is authorised by you to accept delivery. If there is not, the Courier will endeavour to deliver the Product if safe and appropriate to do so. If the delivery contractor is unable to deliver the Product or considers that it is unsafe to do so, you may be required to pay for re-delivery later, or DPO may cancel your order and provide you with a refund.
(v) Some Products may require extra delivery personnel which may incur an additional charge, please contact the store directly to have this quoted.
(i) Products may contain warranty documents on or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer of the product.
(ii) All Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
(iii) All other warranties and representations are excluded, except those which are non-excludable in law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, where Products supplied are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic and household use, DPO’s liability to you is limited to refunding the price, replacing or repairing the relevant goods.
(iv) To assist DPO in resolving any problems you may experience, please inspect the goods upon taking delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification or similar problem to DPO as soon as you become aware of it.
(i) Our returns policy can be found here. All customers may be required to pay for any costs DPO incurs as a result of change of mind (for example, handling/transport costs or any re-stocking fee charged).

Where you arrange for a third party to install goods purchased through the Website, DPO will not be liable for any installation services provided by a third party.
These Terms of Sale, together with DPO policies available on the Website apply to the exclusion of all other terms. In the event of any inconsistency between those documents, these Terms of Sale will take precedence.
