Insulation Stock Controller - ACT

    DPO has 10 stores across Australia and our Fyshwick store is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to manage our company's insulation inventory levels, ensuring optimal supply to meet customer demands while preventing overstocking or shortages. You will play a vital role in overseeing daily delivery’s, organising the warehouse and  placing orders with suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Core Requirements

    • Inventory Monitoring: Track daily incoming and outgoing of the insulation to maintain ideal stock levels and avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
    • Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual physical stock.
    • Ordering and Replenishment: Forecast supply and demand, enter purchase details, and place timely orders with suppliers while staying within budget.
    • Quality Control in Warehouse: Manage the loading and unloading of trucks whilst ensuring goods are stored correctly and follow WHS safety procedures.

    • Minimum of 1–2 years in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain logistics.

    • Proficiency in use of Accrivia or warehousing software and Microsoft programs.

    • Forklift and Australian drivers licence. 

    • Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and excellent communication abilities for dealing with suppliers and customers.

    • Australian citizen or right to work in Australia Visa
