What Happens If I Am Not Home When You Deliver?

If for whatever reason you cannot be at home at the time of delivery DPO will leave goods on site with delivery considered in full and completed, without the need for a signature for proof of delivery. Delivery to all unattended sites is the responsibility of the customer.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

We will send you a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse and you will be able to track your order.

 

How Long Does Delivery Take

We understand that once you have made a decision to buy a product, you want it ASAP. DPO will dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Our courier delivery time varies depending on the destination with an estimated arrival of 2-5 days. Additional delays may occur during the coming months due to COVID-19.
