    DPO are looking to appoint a Logistics Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day supply chain and warehouse operations of our busy Fyshwick location. The ideal candidate will manage team performance, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, control inventory, and enforce safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Essential Requirements

    • Team Leadership: Coordinate and train the warehouse and logistics team whilst monitoring performance and facilitating a safe and motivating work environment.
    • Operational Execution: Direct daily freight flow, including picking, packing, and dispatching. Ensure trucks are loaded accurately and on schedule.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure optimal storage conditions and space utilization.
    • Compliance & Safety: Enforce Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, conduct safety audits, and maintain all necessary documentation.

    • Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment, including prior leadership experience.

    • Licensing: Relevant equipment tickets (such as a current LF forklift licence) and familiarity with WHS compliance.

    • Skills: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead-from-the-front with clear communication across all stakeholders.

    • Australian citizen or right to work in Australia Visa.
